　　Properties of nylon products:
　　
　　（1） high strength, able to bear load for a long time;
　　
　　（2） it has good resilience, can bend without deformation, and can keep toughness and resist repeated impact.
　　
　　（3） wear resistant and self-lubricating, providing better performance than bronze, cast iron, carbon steel and phenolic pressure plate in oil-free or （deoiling） lubrication application, reducing consumption and saving energy;
　　
　　（4） noise absorption and shock absorption. MC nylon modulus is much smaller than that of metal, and the attenuation of vibration is large, which provides a practical way to prevent the specific effect of noise better than that of metal.

　　（6） low friction coefficient, which makes it possible to be widely used in friction parts;
　　
　　（7） high chemical stability, resistance to alkali, alcohol, ether, hydrocarbon, weak acid, lubricating oil, detergent, water （sea water）， and has the characteristics of odorless, non-toxic, tasteless and rust free, which provides excellent conditions for its widely used in the mechanical parts of alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, environmental protection and sanitation, food, textile printing and dyeing, etc;
　　
　　（8） MC nylon products can be made into various colors according to the needs of users, without affecting the quality, and beautiful and generous.
　　
　　（9） MC nylon shall not be used in the following environments and media:
　　
　　A. service temperature exceeds 120 ℃ for a long time
　　
　　B. strong acid, phenol, chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, barium chloride, etc.
